It’s Official! Samsung Nepal has officially launched the Samsung Galaxy S21 series of smartphones. The phone which was just unveiled a couple of weeks ago at CES is already making its way to Nepal. This feat is really commendable on Samsung Nepal’s end. Kudos to that!
Samsung Galaxy S21 Overview
Display & Design
The Samsung Galaxy S21 is undoubtedly one of the most futuristic-looking smartphones you can buy today. Although the dual-tone design might not be for everyone, it definitely helps distinguish the phone. While on the subject, Samsung this time took an odd turn going with a plastic body with an aluminum frame. We definitely would have loved to seen a glass-on-glass design like previous S-series devices of recent years.
One area that Samsung definitely didn’t skimp out on is the display. The phone packs a 6.2 inches FHD (1080 x 2400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. I know some of you are going “Well, Samsung didn’t put a 2k display on the phone like the previous generation”. That is true but I will trade in a 2k display for a 120Hz panel any day of the week. And it is Samsung, the 1080p panels are better than your typical flagships. Period.
Power
The Galaxy S21 is undoubtedly one of the most powerful smartphones of 2021. Be it the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 version or Samsung’s own Exynos 2100. For Nepal, this time too, we get the Exynos version. Forgive me for sounding oxymoronic, but this time I am actually excited to test out the Exynos version of the phone.
The phone also comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. And finally powering all the components is a 4000mAh battery backed by 25W fast charging out of the box.
We are extremely delighted by the overwhelming amount of response we’ve received from our customers during the pre-booking of the Samsung S21 Series. We are extremely grateful towards each and every customer for contributing towards the success of the pre-book and are positive that we will continue receiving the same amount of love and acceptance in the market for our new S21 Series. We at Samsung are constantly committed to creating and introducing new smartphone experience that meets the rigorous multimedia demands of our continuously changing routines. We also recognize the importance of choice, especially in this mobile-first world, and that’s why the Galaxy S21 series gives you the freedom to choose the best device for your style and needs.”
