When we started in October 2018, most were skeptical if we will ever make it big in Nepal, and the first 6 months were the true testimony of what a trying time it was for us. However, with continuous love and support from our Mi Fans, Channel Partners, Retail and E-commerce partners, and our awesome teams, we did the unthinkable and grew faster than anybody could have guessed, including us!!!
It’s been an incredible journey so far, and we promise 2021 is going to be bigger, better, and more fun than ever.

A lot of their success can be attributed to their fan following. Mi Fans are very loyal and have a great connection with the brand. Their fans are overjoyed in getting quality products without having to sell off an arm-and-a-leg. Also Kudos to Xiaomi for creating an environment when fans and the company can freely interact. This is something that Xiaomi has always been good at and what sets it apart from other companies.
