Overview
Xiaomi Mi 9T has a flush gradient back design with a pop-up selfie mechanism. Thus, the phone is truly a bezel-less phone removing even the notch entirely. A brief look at the gorgeous screen is enough to cement the premium aesthetic of Mi 9T.
Mi 9T screen is a 6.39-inch FULL HD resolution screen. The phone has a slim 19.5:9 aspect display and is guarded by a Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone also uses the AMOLED tech display that puts it on par with the latest OnePlus and Samsung phone screens.
The hardware specs on Mi 9T are the biggest draw here. It comes with a Snapdragon 730 processor that pairs perfectly with 6GB RAM. In this respect, the phone is similar to Redmi K20 and not the much powerful Redmi K20 Pro phone.
Xiaomi Mi 9T cameras are also well specced out. The triple camera setup at the rear packs the main high-res 48MP camera along with one 8MP zoom camera and a 13MP wide-angle camera. The selfie camera is housed in a pop-up mechanism that withdraws from the phone when selfie mode is activated in the camera. The front camera is a 20MP camera sensor with a decent pixel count and image quality.
Xiaomi Mi 9T also has the latest in-display fingerprint scanner alongside the available face-unlock feature. The phone uses a 4000mAh battery that supports fast-charging up to 18W. The fast charging is decent but still doesn’t compete with the fast charging option from the latest OnePlus phones.
