After the launch last week, the latest flagship killer from POCO finally goes on sale in India. The POCO M2 Pro price starts from Rs. 14,999 (approx. $185) in India which features a base model of 4GB/64GB specs. The phone is the new affordable offering from POCO that deliver on specs and performance without going overboard like the POCO F2 Pro.

Given the price and brand recognition, POCO M2 Pro is most likely a hot new smartphone with plenty of eyeballs on it. The phone features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It also has an aspect ratio of 20:9 along with a hole-punch for the selfie camera at the top center.
The POCO M2 Pro runs on a Snapdragon 720G processor along with the Adreno 618 unit for graphics. The octa-core processor is a capable mid-range SoC which pairs nicely with the multiple RAM configurations of 4GB and 6GB. The phone is available in following RAM/storage configurations: 4/64GB, 6/64GB, and 6/128GB.
POCO M2 Pro cameras include a quad-camera setup with a 48MP, f/1.8 primary shooter. There is also an 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 119-degree field of view along with a 5MP macro camera. The last camera is a 2MP depth sensor used for fabricating portrait effects. As for the selfie camera, the POCO M2 Pro front camera is a 16MP sensor.
The phone comes out of the box with the Android 10 software with MIUI 11 skin on top. It features a fingerprint scanner at the side along the buttons. As for the battery, POCO M2 Pro features a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

The phone is available in Blue, Green, and Black color options. POCO M2 Pro price is Rs. 13,999 for the 4/64GB variant, and Rs. 14,999 for the 6GB/64GB variant. The high-end 6/128GB variant of POCO M2 Pro will cost Rs. 16,999 in India.
