Huawei Nova 3 Overview

The Huawei Nova 3 packs a 6.3 inch IPS Full HD display (1080 x 2340) with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The notch makes a return, residing on the top center of the display. And encasing the internals of the phone is a glass-on-glass body sandwiched by a metal band. This, no doubt, gives the phone a premium touch!

Under the hood, the Huawei Nova 3 packs an in-house octa-core Hisilicon Kirin 970 processor along with the Mali-G72 MP12 GPU. The processor is backed by 6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage. The storage of the phone can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 256GB.

In the camera department, the Nova 3 packs a quad-camera set up with a pair on each side of the phone. At the rear, the phone combines a 16MP and a 24MP sensor both with f/1.8 aperture. While the front comes equipped with a 24MP and a 2MP sensor. With the phone, Huawei also brings various AI/AR features to take advantage of the neoteric hardware. The new 3D Qmoji is one such feature! And sitting just below the rear cameras is a fingerprint scanner embedded into the phone’s back panel.

Moving on, at the software front, the Nova 3 runs EMUI 8.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The custom software brings a lot of useful features including the new GPU turbo technology. Gaming will be a blissful sensation on the new Nova smartphone! And finally powering the device all up is a 3750mAh non-user removable battery. This will be more than enough to get users through a day of usage on a single charge. And if the charge does run out, Huawei has packed in their SuperCharge feature to get the battery up and running in no time
