Realme is trying to do just that with the launch of their latest mid-tier smartphone, the Realme 9i. The phone comes in at a starting price of Rs 24,999 has a lot of cool features to offer. Overview – Realme 9i
The Realme 9i packs a 6.6 inches IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels. It offers a 90Hz screen which is great to see at this price range. The display is covered with a layer of Dragontrail Pro Glass for added durability. Under the hood, the Realme 9i packs a Qualcomm SM6225 Snapdragon 680 4G SoC backed by an option of 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage. Something that I didn’t expect to see on the phone was a dedicated microSDXC slot for storage expansion and a 3.5mm headphone jack. These features are slowly becoming a dying breed and it is great to see them on this phone.
On the camera side of things, the Realme 9i packs a triple camera setup made by an f/1.8 50MP wide, f/2.4 2MP macro, and f/2.4 2MP depth sensors. At the front, the phone sports an f/2.1 16MP front camera. With this combo, the Realme 9i should be able to take some decent pictures. Other features of the phone include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers. Finally, powering the device all up is a large 5000mAh battery backed by a 33W fast charger. The company claims that the phone can do 100% in just 70 minutes which is impressive given the price range and battery size.

The Realme 9i price in Nepal starts at a price of Rs 24,499 for the 4GB RAM variant with 64GB internal storage. The 6GB RAM variant with 128GB storage comes in at a price of Rs 27,999. Pre-booking for the phone starts from 21 February till 23 February exclusively on Daraz. Offline buyers can also pre-book the device through selected outlets across Nepal from 23 February to 25 February and get 6 months of free screen replacement.
