Samsung has unveiled several smartphones this year. The Galaxy M-series and A-series are mid-range smartphones with some good hardware and features. Now following the predecessor Galaxy A20, Samsung has launched the new Galaxy A20s in Nepal as a mid-range device.
Comparing the new smartphone with the old A20 we cannot see much of an upgrade except it has a triple rear camera whereas the A20 has a dual camera.
Samsung Galaxy A20s Overview
Starting off with the display, the new A20s has a 6.5 inches long infinity-V IPS LCD display. One thing I disliked about the display is that it still does not have the AMOLED display. However, the display is HD+ with 1560 x 720 pixels resolution. Samsung still practices the water-drop notch in this device.
This time the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor instead of Exynos 7884 seen in the previous A20. The device also comes in two variants- 3 GB RAM + 32 GB ROM and 4 GB RAM + 64 GB ROM.
The camera seems to be the main highlight of the device. As it has been upgraded from Dual to triple-lens. The primary lens is a 13 MP wide-angle camera + 8 MP ultra-wide lens + 5 MP depth sensor. On the front, it has an 8 MP selfie snapper.
Talking about the features the device has no other new features. That said, some of the key highlights of the device are a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 4000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging, Face Unlock feature, and Android 9 Pie.

Samsung Galaxy A20s Price in Nepal
The price of the Samsung Galaxy A20s in Nepal is set at Rs 20,690 (3 GB + 32 GB) and Rs 23,990 (4 GB + 64 GB).
In my personal opinion, I think going with the Redmi Note 7 for Rs 20,000 will be a better choice than choosing the Galaxy A20s. The Note 7 has more powerful hardware and features compared to this smartphone. That said, the A20s is no slouch either. It is a good smartphone with a capable set of cameras.
