Xiaomi has finally launched the new Redmi Note 9 in Nepal, its latest entry to the mid-range Redmi phones. The phone features a new Helio G85 processor alongside a 48MP triple camera system. Considering the Redmi Note 9 price in Nepal, the phone is a cheaper alternative to the recently launched Redmi Note 9 Pro with similar specs.

Starting off with the performance, Redmi Note 9 has the new Helio G85 chipset along with a Mali-G52 graphics. Helio G85 packs features like MediaTek HyperEngine gaming tech that boosts the performance by managing resources and battery. Redmi Note 9 is also equipped with a 4GB RAM along with a 128GB flash storage.
Redmi Note 9 has a punch-hole display with the front camera at the corner. The phone has a familiar square camera bump at the back like the Redmi Note 9 Pro. It features a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with FULL HD+ resolution.
The quad-cameras at the back of Redmi Note 9 includes a 48MP,f/1.8 primary shooter along with an 8MP ultrawide camera. The other two cameras are less significant though, as one is a 2MP macro camera while the other is a 2MP depth sensor. In case of the selfie camera, it has a 13MP resolution which should be more than enough for self-portraits.
The spec list for Redmi Note 9 is quite impressive as it also features an IR sensor which can be used as a remote controller for various appliances. It also has a fingerprint scanner at the back just below the cameras. The battery capacity on Redmi Note 9 is also massive, as it comes with a 5020 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
