OPPO A1K is a budget phone that comes with basic features and performance benchmarks. The phone has a tear-drop notch design at the front, that gives it a modern look among the current budget smartphones.
OPPO A1K packs a 6.2 inch IPS LCD display with a 720 x 1520 pixel resolution. The screen renders show adequate polish for a budget phone and thus, lives up to the build quality standards of OPPO.
OPPO A1K runs on a MediaTek Helio P22 processor that pairs with PowerVR GE8320. The processor has 8 cores and is clocked at 2GHz. The hardware comes with 2GB RAM space which is suitable for light to moderate multitasking work. Hardware configurations can be limiting for playing heavy games but should handle light games with less 3D elements well. The OPPO A1K also comes with a 32GB internal storage expandable via a microSD card, so storage shouldn’t be a problem.
OPPO A1K sports a 13MP main camera at the back with an LED Flash. The phone supports HDR mode along with other basic camera functionalities that come with OPPO’s camera app. At the front, it has an 8MP selfie camera capable of shooting high res self-portraits.
OPPO A1K has the latest Android 9.0 software with OPPO’s own ColorOS. It also packs a 4000mAh battery with no mention of fast charging options. The phone, however, lacks a fingerprint scanner at the back, so the phone should feature face unlock as an option.
