Prism Technologies Pvt. Ltd, the official distributor of InFocus smartphones in Nepal, has begun teasing their latest mid-tier smartphone- the InFocus Snap 4. The phone which was unveiled back in September is finally making its way to Nepal. Nothing has been confirmed yet but the phone is sure to arrive sooner than later here. So, let’s take a deeper dive on the phone and see what it brings to the table.
The Infocus Snap 4 packs a 5.2 inch HD IPS display with a pixel density of 282PPI. The display is edged out by a 2.5D glass giving users a seamless experience. Under the hood, the phone packs a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750N processor along with the Mali-T860GPU. The processor is backed by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The memory of the phone can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 128GB.

In the camera department, the InFocus Snap 4 packs a quad-camera set up with 2 sensors being on either side of the phone. The rear of the phone packs a combination of a f/2.2 13MP and f/2.2 8MP sensors along with an LED flash. The phone at the front packs a pair of 8MP sensors for all your social media worthy selfies. And just sitting below the rear cameras is an active fingerprint scanner. Other sensors include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and a digital compass. Software-wise, the phone runs a skinned version of Android 7.0 Nougat. And finally powering the device all up is a 3000mAh non-user removable battery. This coupled with the 720p display will be more than enough to get users a full day of heavy usage on a single charge.The Infocus Snap 4 from the looks of it seems to be a good mid-tier smartphone. With a quad-camera setup, the phone will be going toe-to-toe with the Huawei Nova 2i which also comes with a similar layout. The price and the launch date of the phone have yet to be confirmed! According to our trusted sources, the phone will launch for a price of around Rs 27,000-28,000 here in Nepal. The launch date, however, is still yet to be confirmed.
