Honor is finally ready to launch its Honor 9X phone internationally and, yes, in Nepal too. The phone is already available for purchase in China, and it will soon be available in Nepal with a caveat. The phone launching here will be altered from the original one by including a different processor and triple-camera setup at the back. Honor 9X price in Nepal is expected to stay at a mid-range budget suited to most consumers.
Honor 9X Features, Specifications
The Honor 9X has a premium look and build along with its notch-free display and accompanied by a pop-up selfie camera. It also has minimum bezels and sports an X-like color gradient at the back of the phone.
The display measures at 6.59-inch with FULL HD+ resolution, although the screen is still an LCD panel. Overall, the build, design, and display combined offer plenty of aesthetic upgrades from its predecessors.
Performance-wise, the phone comes with a Kirin 710F processor paired with the Mali G51 graphics unit. Pair all that with a 4GB RAM, and the phone is a worthy mid-range phone for the price. It is also available with a 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant, but it remains to be seen if both versions enter the Nepali market.
The cameras on Honor 9X include a triple camera setup with a 48MP main sensor. The other two sensors include an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP depth sensor. Inside the pop-up mechanism, the phone has a 16MP selfie camera for decent-sized images and resolution.
Honor 9X is still a pretty standard mid-range phone and doesn’t go far from the norm in case of design or specs. If the phone costs upwards of 35K it would be better to see an in-display fingerprint scanner. However, the phone only comes with a traditional rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. At least, Honor 9X battery is still solid, offering 4000mAh capacity with a modest 10W fast charging.

The Honor 9X price in Nepal should reflect its international pricing, so it is expected to cost above Rs. 40,000. The final price of Honor 9X will be confirmed after the release of the phone in Nepal.
